OPEN BOX:  Open Box Items are essentially the same as New. They have either been purchased and not paid for, bought and returned, or used as a store Demo. Although the condition is essentially the same as new, they cannot be sold as new, so you get to pay less and get the same as if you bought a new product (warranty and all).
