By confirming this Booking, you agree to the following conditions which are binding and enforceable in addition to the Membership Agreement:
1. Binding Effect
These Booking Terms are legally binding and supplement the Membership Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Membership Terms & Conditions control.
2. Booking Limits & Use
You agree that:
Your access is limited strictly to your reserved time.
You may not remain in the Facility outside your scheduled Booking.
You may not transfer, sell, share, or trade Bookings.
You may not use your Booking for commercial, instructional, or event purposes without written authorization.
3. Arrival & No-Show Enforcement
A 10-minute grace period applies. If you fail to arrive within this window:
Your Booking may be forfeited without refund.
A $35 no-show fee may be charged.
Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or termination of booking privileges at TGP’s sole discretion.
4. Guests — Strict Responsibility
If you bring Guests, you agree that:
You are fully responsible for their conduct at all times.
Guests must complete waivers before participation.
You accept full financial and legal responsibility for any Guest’s injury, property damage, or claims.
Failure to ensure waiver completion may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Membership.
5. Conduct & Safety Acknowledgment
You agree that during your session you will:
Follow all posted Facility Rules.
Not bring or consume alcohol or drugs.
Not engage in unsafe behavior.
Not use emergency exits except for emergencies.
Not allow unauthorized individuals to enter.
TGP may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation.
6. Damages, Cleaning & Charges
You accept financial responsibility for:
Any damage caused by you or your Guests.
Excessive mess, spills, or misuse of equipment.
You authorize TGP to charge your card on file without further notice for Damages, cleaning fees, or Fines supported by video or other evidence.
7. Surveillance Acknowledgment
You consent to video and audio recording of your session for safety, security, and enforcement purposes.
8. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that:
Golf simulators and fitness activities involve inherent risk.
You voluntarily assume all risks of injury or property damage.
TGP is not responsible except for Gross Negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Immediate Enforcement
TGP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
Cancel your Booking
End your session early
Charge additional Fees
Suspend or terminate Membership privileges
for any violation of these Booking Terms.
10. Final Acknowledgment
By confirming this Booking, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Booking Terms.
You agree they are legally binding.
You accept full responsibility for your session, Guests, and conduct.
