Use our easy online booking system to select your date, time, and preferred bay. Reservations are available daily from 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Step 3: Unlock with Your Code
You'll receive a unique access code after booking. Use it to enter the facility at your scheduled time.

Step 4: Train or Play Your Way
Practice with pro-level data, work on your swing, or play a full round on a championship course—all on your terms.

Step 5: Wrap Up and Head Out
When your reservation time is over, just collect your gear and go—no front desk, no waiting.

  • What kind of balls do you use?
    We use premium, clean, real golf balls—no foam or limited-flight options.
  • Do I need to bring my own clubs?
    Yes. We do not currently provide rentals. We ask that you use the provided golf balls to limit damage to the hitting screen.
  • What is That Golf Place?
    That Golf Place is a private indoor golf studio powered by Foresight Sports Falcon technology and GSPro gameplay. It's designed for golfers who want a premium, flexible way to practice or play year-round.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    You can manage your booking online up to 24 hours before your reservation.
  • Do you offer corporate memberships?
    Yes. We offer customizable corporate packages. Please contact us directly to build the right solution for your team.
  • How many bays do you have?
    We currently have 2 private bays available, each equipped with our full technology stack.
  • Do I need to be a member to play?
    No—our facility is exclusively for members. Only active members can book simulator time and access the space. Members enjoy extended daily hours (4:00 AM to 12:00 AM), keyless entry, and priority access to available time slots.
  • Is there a minimum age requirement?
    Yes. Members and booking holders must be 18 years of age.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    To cancel your membership, send us an email with your name, email, phone number and reason for cancellation. After this information is received your membership with deactivate after the billing cycle is up.
  • Can I pay by check or cash?
    Yes! To pay for a booking or membership with card or check, please contact us to arrange payment.
  • Do you have a membership cap?
    Yes. To maintain availability and ensure a high-quality experience for our members, we cap membership at 70 active members.
  • Do I need additional memberships to access virtual golf?
    No. With GS Pro, patrons are able to play any course in the library at any time without having to pay for the software.
  • When am I allowed to access the facility?
    All members—whether corporate, annual, or month-to-month—can access the facility daily from 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM. After booking a session through our online system, you’ll receive a unique access code tied to your reservation. Use this code to enter the facility and unlock your simulator bay.
  • Can I bring guests?
    Absolutely. All customers are entitled to 3 guests per booking. The only requirement is that your guests fill out waivers (sent via DocuSign) before the session starts. Members or booking holders are responsible for any damages caused by the guests.
  • How many active hours can I hold at a time?
    To ensure fair access for all members and reduce no-shows, month-to-month members may hold up to 4 hours of reservations at a time, while annual members may hold up to 5 hours. These limits help keep the schedule open and available for everyone.
  • Who is eligible to participate in the youth program?
    Our program is designed for youth from families with limited financial resources or limited access to structured athletic opportunities. We work with school staff and nonprofit partners to assess eligibility, but families may also apply directly through our website.
  • Is there any cost to participate?
    In most cases, there is no cost to participate — all lessons, facility access, and clinics are fully subsidized by That Golf Place. However, depending on eligibility and available program funding, some participants may be asked to pay a reduced or discounted fee to help offset costs.
  • How do referrals work?
    Referrals typically come from local school counselors, PE teachers, park district leaders, or nonprofit partners who are familiar with a student’s background and potential. Families can also self-refer by completing our online application form.
  • Will my child receive coaching?
    While we aim to provide instructional support when possible, coaching availability is limited and not guaranteed. Participation may include access to group clinics, mentorship, or supervised simulator time depending on program resources and scheduling.
  • How many students do you support each year?
    We anticipate supporting 20-40 youth participants in our first full year, with plans to expand as the program grows and additional partnerships are formed.
