Frequently asked questions
Active hours are the total number of booked hours you currently have scheduled (future or upcoming). For example, if you’ve booked 2 hours tomorrow and 2 hours the next day, you have 4 active hours. Once those sessions are completed, your active hours go down and you can book again.
Monthly Members: Up to 2 hours per session (a 3rd hour can be added, but it will appear as a paid add-on at the standard hourly rate).
Annual Members: Up to 3 hours per session.
Yes, but the system will display a charge for the 3rd hour. If you want to stay within your membership benefits, book 2 hours at a time.
Monthly Members: You can have up to 4 active hours at a time. Example: If you already have 3 hours booked, you can only add 1 more before hitting your cap. If you try to book beyond this, the system will show a charge.
Annual Members: You can have up to 5 active hours at a time. Example: If you already have 5 active hours, any additional booking attempt will display a charge.
Once one of your scheduled sessions is completed, your active hours decrease. At that point, you can make new bookings as long as you stay within your membership limits.
Yes. After your session ends, if the bay is still available, you can book additional time on the spot (subject to session length and membership rules).
Active hours are the total future hours you’ve booked. We cap them to keep the schedule fair and open for all members. Without limits, a few people could block the most popular times weeks out. The cap helps ensure equitable access during peak hours, reduces “ghost holds” and no‑shows, increases same‑day availability, and lets us run an uncrowded, high‑quality experience. As you play, your active hours decrease and you can book again. If a bay is open after your session, you’re welcome to extend within the rules. We review these limits seasonally and may adjust as demand changes.
We partner with a secure third-party booking platform. Create an account using the email or mobile number tied to your membership (logging in with your phone number is the quickest). Once signed in, you’ll see real-time availability and can reserve your preferred time.
Sign in to Golf O'Clock, go to "My bookings", select the reservation, and choose "Cancel booking". You’ll receive a confirmation by email or text.
You’ll get a confirmation by text or email right away. Before your session, you’ll receive a message with your facility access code and assigned bay number. When you arrive, enter, play, and head out when finished—just remember to clean up any trash and log out of any personal accounts.
